SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Therabotanica ships Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We normally ship your order the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. We will email you if for some reason your order is going to be delayed.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

$5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days (3 - 4 business days for East Coast shipments).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Canada and Mexico ONLY - $10.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item for qualifying shipments.

All Other International Destinations - $12.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item for qualifying shipments.

Qualifying shipments (weighing less than 4 lbs. and fitting within the packaging restrictions) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope.

International Shipments not qualifying for USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope service (either because the weight is over 4 lbs., the items do not fit within the packaging restrictions, or the city or country is not eligible) will be charged the exact cost of the postage for air mail delivery if the charge exceeds the normal international shipping rate.

Please Note: Due to the high costs of shipping internationally, we are unable to accept backorders on multiple item international orders. Any customs fees due on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.


SALES TAX:

Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added for California shipments.


RETURNS POLICY:

Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns items must be received in "new" condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
